Content :
As leaders, we have a responsibility to ensure that we can go the distance and be fruitful along the way. This course is designed to assist you to do that by developing the character and skills of an effective & authentic leader. The tools learned will challenge you toward leadership excellence; whether it’s in your home, workplace or ministry. Each class is varied with video, live teaching and interactive group activities. The goal is to not only provide information, but over a 10 month period assist individuals in integrating these principles into their lives. Networking and developing relationships with other leaders in our community is an added advantage. As one prior student commented,

“You will expand your horizons as a leader and be ruined for the ordinary!”

If you are on a Crossroads team sponsoring all or part of your tuition, your Team Leader must provide a signed purchase order to attach to your application.

Resources and Orientation:
Resources will not be distributed without full payment.
