Local Outreach is a local missions activity which enables a campus or small group to impact their community. The projects can be as unique as your group would like, and impact any person(s) or area of the community you see fit. Because the effort is initiated, led, carried out by local campuses or small groups, the overall impact of Local Outreach in your local community is limitless. With Local Outreach, you have the flexibility to do service projects as you choose, when you want, and as often as you'd like!

Project Ideas:

  • Painting
  • Yard work
  • Grocery shopping for elderly, shut-ins, etc.
  • Cooking
  • Housekeeping
  • Providing meals
  • Write notes of encouragement to prisoners, Children's Hospital Kids, nursing homes, etc.
  • Wash vehicles
  • Lead a nursing home event
  • Take gifts & card to hospital patients
  • Babysitting for neighbors
  • Minor household repairs
  • Purchase/provide major appliance
  • Provide groceries over a period of time to someone in need
  • Major home repairs/refurbishing
  • Auto repairs

And the list can go on. You be creative for your community and make a difference!
