Brief Bio: Raised in a Christian home in rural central Missouri, Chad experienced a call to ministry in his early teens. At age 18 he followed that call to Dallas, TX where he received an associate’s degree in Practical Theology from Christ for the Nations, then a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Dallas Baptist University. During and after his time in school he served to build, develop and operate Solomon’s Porch, a community student outreach center, affiliated with Lakeshore Church. He continued to serve in various capacities of teen, children, and adult ministries within Lakeshore for a total of 11 years. After moving back to Missouri in 2005, Chad married the girl of his dreams, Crystal. Together they began to serve in leadership and as Student Ministries Pastors at Connection Church in O’Fallon, MO. Their focus in life and ministry is building, challenging, and developing people to be all God created them to be through discipleship and mentoring. They are passionate about developing leaders who will help them help others find their purpose in God’s plan.
Chad and Crystal have a one year old son, Owen. He is a very exciting and lovable little person who lights up every room he enters with the joy he brings.

My time off is spent: Trout fishing and camping with Crystal, deer and waterfowl hunting, snowboarding, playing sand volleyball , and pretty much anything outdoors with the family

My favorite food: The list is too long… If it’s fresh, unprocessed and well made, I’ll probably love it.
My favorite books: Of course the Bible… otherwise it’s always changing based on where I am and what God is speaking to me. An all-time favorite: Just Like Jesus
